It’s so simple. Pick your RV, dates, camping location and Wren + Road will deliver and set-up the RV for you. All you do is relax, unwind and watch us sweat. If your vehicle is set up with the proper equipment, you have the option to tow [currently, all three can be towed].

Pricing + Policies

Pricing may vary based on length of stay, days of the week, holiday or not, delivery with set-up and any additional items. [if any of this process seems confusing . . . just scroll down to see it spelled out!]

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: [50% of total cost] is required to reserve your RV. This cost is collected at the time of reservation.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: [500.00$] is required and refundable, collected two days prior to the adventure start date. This is refunded after you bring the RV back on time, in the same condition it went out. Things that might reduce the amount refunded include: Damage to the RV that occurred while in your care | Cigarette smoke, pet or other odors that require removal | Late return of RV without extension of the rental period | Someone other than the renter towing | There are no refunds for early returns. You are responsible for all damage to the RV. Damage caused by the renter or third party is to be reported to Wren + Road immediately and repaired at renter’s expense. Repairs must not be performed by renter unless authorized by Wren + Road. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us Wren + Road within 12 hours at 513.581.5878.

CLEANING + PREP FEE: [60.00$ 2016 Jayco] just like it sounds, RV is cleaned and prepped for your adventure.

The remaining balance of your TOTAL COST will be collected 30 days prior to the adventure start date. DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be collected 2 days prior to the adventure start date and refunded, if deemed so 5-7 days from return date. [cut and dry, 3 charges | reservation, balance, damage deposit]

CANCELLATION: We get it, life happens, and sometimes you have to cancel. We’re just as bummed as you are. Renter may receive FULL refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, MINUS a 35.00$ booking fee. 50% refund of money collected within 29-14 days of rental, no refund within 14 days of rental.

REMAINING COST BALANCE = 275.00$ [due 30 days prior to adventure start date]

REFUNDED DAMAGE DEPOSIT = 500.00$ [due 2 days prior to rental, refunded upon healthy return]

Delivery

Wren + Road will deliver, set-up and tear down your RV for you. If you choose our delivery option, we’ll get the RV to your site, set-up and go over RV usage instructions. The cost for delivery is determined by the radius from our home base. See the map to view delivery areas, and suggested campgrounds.

Towing

The option is yours to tow, if you have the proper equipment. Please be sure your vehicle’s tow capacity is over the listed RV weight. [2011 Jayco - 3,500lbs, 2016 Jayco - 4,000lbs, 2018 Keystone - 5,000lbs] On your adventure start date, we’ll meet to go over usage and hook up instructions. No other person, other than the original renter is allowed to tow the RV. Doing so results in a partial loss of your DAMAGE DEPOSIT REFUND. Renter must be at least 25-years-old and have a clean driving record: No more than one minor traffic violation or at-fault accident and no major violations [reckless driving, hit and run, driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol], in the past three [3] years. You are responsible for all damage to the RV. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us, Wren + Road within 12 hours at 513.581.5878. If you fail to return the RV in a timely manner on the scheduled return date a charge of [50.00$] will be taken from the DAMAGE DEPOSIT REFUND. For any reason the RV needs to be picked up there will be a minimum charge of [200.00$]. RV’s must be parked and set-up on a stable flat surface. RV’s cannot be parked on a roadway for camping purposes.

RV Care

On your adventure start date, we must perform a walk thru of the RV and orient you on usage. Use of AWNING IS PROHIBITED. NO SMOKING and NO PETS in the RV. [we love dogs, just not in our rentals] Extra cleaning will accrue extra charges, at [50.00$] per hour. [no worries, we will wash the linens]. If your location has full hookup, please completely dump and empty the tanks before returning or pickup otherwise a [60.00$] dump fee will apply. If your location has a dump station, no dumping fee will apply. If your location does NOT have a dump station, a [60.00$] dump fee will apply. [our backyard doesn’t have a dump station like the campground! If you have any questions on all this “dump” talk we can explain!]

Insurance

Wren + Road RV’s are covered by liability [state minimum] and damage insurance. This process and coverage is similar to a rental cars process, unless you are towing the trailer - then there is additional paperwork. We do ask that renters sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS and CONDITIONS. [on adventure start date at walk thru, again it’s not us, it’s the insurance]

ADDITIONAL INSURANCE: Supplemental Liability Insurance [S.L.I.] is liability insurance that is above the state minimum and is available for [22.00$] per day.
